Terms and conditions

  1) General Terms

 

After finishing a transaction customers will receive an order confirmation by email. Ahead of receiving this confirmation, the order is not yet approved and can be delayed, changed or cancelled. It is important to provide a valid email address when using the website.

 

We try to keep our site updated at all times and provide the best service possible, but cannot be held liable for:

Goods that are no longer in our product line

Typos, erroneous pricing or changes in pricing

Delayes in delivery from estimated time

 

If by chance or mistake our services do not reach your expectations, we do wish to hear from you. In such a case, we will do our best to remedy the problem. Please do so as quickly as possible, it will help us to trouble shoot the mishap. If any claims are postponed unreasonably, we reserve the right do deny compensation.

 

2) Payments

 

All prices are shown in DKK and include Danish VAT (25%)
Following payment methods are available: VISA cards, Mastercard, and for companies monthly billing (EAN for public entities).

We reserve the right to charge a fee of DKK 45.00 for any invoices send by mail or in instances where an EAN No. is used. We will waive the fee on orders that total DKK 1,000.00 or above. If multiple orders are produced within a calendar month, the customer can ask to have a single invoice send for the month total once a month.

3) Store pick up and deliveries

For store pick up please go to the store you chose when ordering. You can see the chosen store on your order confirmation slip. If you did not make a specific choice when ordering, and you have location tracking on your device, the website will have chosen the store closest to your location at that time.

Delivery services are associated with a fee, please read the terms below.  

 

Nadias Sandwich can only deliver in the metropolitan area of Aalborg (8km radius from town center).

 

Delivery is possible all weekdays, weekends and bank holidays (except for dec. 24th) between 10 AM and 5 PM, only when the total sum of the order exceeds DKK 200. The fee for deliveries is DKK 50.

 

Later than 5 PM, we cannot make deliveries with out an earlier agreement. If you wish for a delivery later than 5 PM please write to us ahead of time. Please write to kundeservice@nadias.dk

We are happy to read and write in English.

 

We reserve the right to make contact to any customer who has asked for delivery services if the expected delivery time cannot be met. For deliveries in rush hours we must advise on a deviation of plus or minus 30 mins. on the expected delivery time.

4) Annulment

 

When shopping food goods at www.nadias.dk we offer no return policy or annulment on goods that have been delivered and or rendered to a finished product.

5) Misuse or fraud

 

Any kind of misuse or fraud of the site www.nadias.dk will be reported to the authorities. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud or any kind of digital attack.

6) Privacy Policy

All data on customers collected through www.nadias.dk will only be used for internal use and will never be forwarded to a third party.
Any monetary data collected through user profiles will be kept for a minimum of 5 years after the latest purchase. This is in accordance with Danish accounting laws. For data regarding the user, this will be treated in accordance with the 2018 European GPDR legislation.
